I have been given the impression — once again — that even in the United States (and even as an MBA student or graduate) I will have to live life as a destitute — as one cut off out of the land of the living.
I am not surprised, due to the number of decades I’ve spent crying out on the world wide web, in a generation said to be a global village; with not a finger lifted but to abuse and to ridicule and to deride and to plunder even more. Though I HAVE for a while hopefully doubted the insistence of so many in Ibadan that the destruction of my life is neither by the land of Ikadan nor by the nation of Frauduria, but by the entire world.
However, I even now — despite that gloomy forecast by what appeared to be citizens of the United States — rejoice over the fact that the forecast has nothing to do with anyone of them believing I will even now not be able to leave Nigeria for the United States. Because I am in all its entirety certain that the reluctance of the Nigeria Immigration Service to have my international passport reflect the change of my name, is due to the fact that the destruction of my life does not take my permanently leaving Nigeria into consideration.
I wait to see whether my hopeful doubts will ever be confirmed, or whether I’ll one day have to begin to curse this entire generation — even as I keep on rendering both the nation of Nigeria and its Ibadanland damned and accursed.
In the meantime………
May Christianity leave its name to Masculinism
for a curse,
and may The LORD GOD slay The Church
and the Yorubas
and the Ogboni.
