“They raped a human being until he contracted AIDS from the raping. Because his father was a rich man. Because his mother was the owner of fools.”

Not my words, but the words of one of the illiterates of whom mostly came the rapists. Gleefully spoken, and obviously because the rapists (be they male or female, be they literate or illiterate) are all certain that I’ve contracted HIV/AIDS from the raping.

And not too surprising, for these Nigerians (most especially these Ibadan denizens, most especially the evil at Alegongo-Akobo) all have for over two decades sworn to see my dead body. What took them so long was just the fact that they wanted to get away with it, by being able to say that actually no murder took place — but it was all merely a case of a man having a mental illness.

And now, here I am today — a victim of Nigeria’s quest to have me become a victim of HIV/AIDS. Still being raped daily by the illithugs and the illitarts and even the educated of Ibadanland. Still crying “Save My Soul” to the world. Still receiving a sceptical response only from those that come across my online streaks of blood.

I have been raped daily, daily by different men and women, for over a month now. Mostly by illiterate men and women that I would look at with disgust were I to meet them on the streets. I am being raped every day, the minute I go to sleep.

This daily raping began when the night-guard meant to be guarding the neighbourhood of Alegongo-Akobo began to rape me on a daily basis. Though I cried out, no one lifted a single finger to come to my aid.

When other illiterates saw that the night-guard was getting away with his raping, with not one person lifting a finger, they all then joined in the raping. Now I’m being raped morning, afternoon, evening, night; the minute I’m asleep.
